Throughout every project, McMullen endeavour to provide the highest level of customer care and quality service from initial enquiry to project completion and beyond. We accept responsibility for ensuring that work is progressed to the customer’s requirements and that any issues arising are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties as quickly as is practicable.

After each project handover has been achieved individual meetings will be arranged with the client, and Design Team when required, to discuss all aspects of our performance. This provides valuable feedback on our performance and, where it becomes obvious that improvements are needed, action is taken in order to improve the level of our service to customers.

Our aim is to maintain a culture of continual improvement within our organisation and to develop excellent working relationships with our clients and consultants.

Quality Control on Site
The company controls both manufacturing & installation quality via its ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System. We create site specific Quality Plans for each project site with the Contract Managers being responsible for ensuring these are strictly adhered to.

The company has an excellent reputation for the quality of its installations which can be best reviewed by checking any of our wide range of previous installations In addition to our ISO Certifications the company has also been continuously accredited since mid-2008 with the Achilles Building Confidence scheme.
